Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Digital Marketing & Customer Support Executive to manage online marketing activities and customer communication for Radhe Car Rental.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for car rental services
- Handle Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns
- Manage company Google Business profile and online presence
- Handle Facebook, Instagram, and social media pages
- Manage and update the company website
- Receive and manage customer calls professionally
- Reply to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and online platforms
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Support overall digital marketing activities to increase bookings
- Track ad performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and website management
- Responsible, organized, and customer-focused
