Job Description

Assist the licensed pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medicines.


Maintain accurate prescription records and update patient files.


Label and package medications as per regulations.


Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry checks.


Provide basic customer service and answer medication-related queries.


Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.


Assist in billing and processing insurance claims.


Support in organizing and maintaining the pharmacy workspace.
