## Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)


**Position:** Sales Manager

### Key Responsibilities


* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

* Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to improve productivity.

* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

* Ensure daily follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits are conducted by the team.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.

* Track sales pipelines, conversions, bookings, and revenue through CRM and reports.

* Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with marketing, HR, and operations to achieve business objectives.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

* Ensure team discipline, adherence to company policies, and timely reporting.


### Eligibility


* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Experience in team handling, coaching, and performance management.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.


### Office Timings


* Monday to Saturday

* **10:00 AM – 6:30 PM**
