Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Convert leads for home construction projects
• Meet prospective clients and explain company services
• Handle end-to-end customer interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop business strategies for assigned territories
• Maintain relationships with:
o Real estate agents
o Land developers
o Consultants
o Banks and institutions
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
• Present business growth plans after onboarding/training
• Participate in sales review meetings and pipeline discussions
• Ensure professional client presentations and meetings

Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate/construction sales
• Lead generation and client acquisition expertise
• Understanding of:
o Construction materials
o Home building process
o Architectural concepts
o Estimation/Vastu basics
• CRM and reporting capabilities
• Kannada + English communication preferred
• Relationship-building and networking ability
