Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

• Coordinate with customers and the sales team for order processing.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, and Service departments.

• Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.

Skills Required:

• Good English Communication (Verbal & Written)

• MS Excel, MS Word & Email Handling

• Strong Follow-up and Coordination Skills

• Customer-Oriented Approach

• Ability to Multitask and Work in a Team

Preferred Candidates:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Back Office Operations is an added advantage.
