OFC Technician Salary- 20000rs to 24000rs in Hand (Depends on Interview) + PF +ESIC (Bike & DL Must)
Wireman Technician Salary- 18000rs to 20000rs in Hand (Depends on Interview) + PF +ESIC (Bike & DL Must)
Helper Salary- 16000rs to 18000rs in Hand (Depends on Interview) + PF +ESIC (Bike Not Mandatory)
Role/Responsibilities- OFC Technician
✓ Deploying, pulling, and locking OFC across poles, buildings & public infrastructure.
✓ Performing occasional splicing (fusion/mechanical) and testing using OTDR or optical power meters.
✓ Assisting in identifying and fixing fiber cuts or drops to minimize downtime.
Role/Responsibilities- Wireman/Helper
✓ Assisting Network Engineers in last-mile copper cable pulling and overhead routing to customer premises.
✓ Basic wireman tasks: stripping, crimping, clipping, and securing copper/LAN cables.
✓ Carrying tools, ladders, and equipment safely across field locations.
