Job Title:- Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead both sales growth and day-to-day operations of our laundry stores. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C sales, team management, and operations. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
2. Generate new customers through field sales, local marketing, and corporate/society tie-ups.
3. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve business goals.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
6. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
7. Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for efficient order fulfillment.
8. Maintain SOPs, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Retail Sales, B2C Sales, or any Service-Based Industry.
2. Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
3. Target-driven with experience in team handling.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
5. Candidate must have own bike with legit license.
