Job Description

Appointment Management: Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel salon appointments while checking stylist availability.

Sales and Promotions: Calling potential and existing clients to introduce special discounts, seasonal offers, new product launches, or bridal packages.

Lead Conversion: Following up on leads generated from social media ads, WhatsApp, or walk-ins to turn interest into bookings.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Explaining the pricing, benefits of specific beauty treatments (like hair spas, facials, or makeup), and addressing any service-related questions.

Database Maintenance: Keeping an organized record of client preferences, contact information, and service history using the salon's booking or CRM system.

Feedback and Follow-Ups: Conducting post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback, ensure client satisfaction, and encourage repeat visits.
