Job Title
Relationship Manager / Bancassurance Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through the bank's customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Identify customers' financial protection and investment needs.
- Pitch and sell life insurance products to eligible customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders.
- Follow company compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Track leads, conversions, and business performance through company systems.
- Participate in branch activities, customer camps, and promotional events.
