Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive – Broadband Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Greater Noida, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Company

We are a leading National Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering high-speed Broadband, Internet Leased Line (ILL), IPTV, OTT, and enterprise connectivity solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our broadband customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new broadband sales through door-to-door (D2D) activities, field visits, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential residential customers, societies, apartments, and commercial establishments.
  • Explain broadband plans, IPTV, OTT, and value-added services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Conduct customer meetings and provide product demonstrations when required.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and installation scheduling.
  • Follow up with leads until successful installation and activation.
  • Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collect customer KYC documents and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with RWAs, builders, local influencers, and channel partners.
  • Participate in promotional events, canopy activities, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the support team whenever required.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.

EligibilityMinimum Qualification:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in Broadband, Telecom, ISP, DTH, FMCG, or Direct Sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
