Teaching Trainer – Python, Java, Data Science

What You'll Be Doing

• Teach Python, Data Science, and Java in a way that's clear, practical, and genuinely engaging — not just textbook delivery
• Run live sessions, hands-on coding practice, and doubt-clearing sessions that students actually look forward to
• Design fresh training material, real-world assignments, and assessments that build genuine skill, not just rote learning
• Mentor students through live projects, problem-solving, and interview prep — be the person they remember when they land their first job
• Track each student's progress closely and give feedback that actually helps them grow
• Build a classroom (physical or virtual) that feels encouraging, energetic, and safe to ask "dumb" questions

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on knowledge of Python, Data Science, Java, and SQL
• You don't just know the subject — you can explain it simply, patiently, and in different ways until it clicks
• Real passion for teaching and mentoring — this should excite you, not feel like a side gig
• Comfortable with public speaking, live sessions, and keeping a room (or a Zoom call) engaged
• A learner yourself — curious, open to feedback, and willing to keep improving your own craft
