Job Description

Job Title: Parotta / Dosa Master


Location: Manipal, Karnataka


We are hiring an experienced Parotta / Dosa Master for a Tamil Nadu cuisine restaurant in Manipal, Udupi District, Karnataka.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare all varieties of parotta (Plain, Veechu, Nool, Kothu, Bun etc.).
  • Prepare dosa and its varieties.
  • Maintain consistent taste and quality.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the cooking station.
  • Prepare ingredients required for daily service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team during service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parotta/Dosa Master.
  • Must be skilled in preparing all varieties of parotta and dosa.
  • Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
  • Willing to relocate to Manipal, Karnataka.
  • Honest, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
