Job Description:
- Handle data entry support functions like,
- Basic analysis in Excel
- Sales order management.
- Prepare and manage quotations
- Prepare packing list.
- Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Skills required (a must):
- Good Typing Speed in English,
- Decent Excel knowledge,
- Good with numbers and calculations,
- Good analytical skills,
- Logical thinking capacity.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Optional skills:
- Good if you know Advanced Excel like, VLOOKUP, other Formulas, Pivot Tables, Report/Table Sorting and Filter, etc.
