Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to increase awareness of Gouda Ramesh ENT Hospital, generate patient enquiries, and strengthen our online presence through social media, Google, and video marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

* Create and publish daily posts, reels, and patient education content.

* Shoot and edit short videos using a smartphone.

* Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

* Improve Google Maps visibility and manage Google Reviews.

* Design posters, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva.

* Write captions in English and Telugu.

* Monitor website and social media performance using analytics.

* Coordinate with doctors and staff to capture surgeries, hospital activities, and patient testimonials (with consent).

* Promote health camps, seasonal campaigns, and special services.

* Stay updated with digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Required Skills

* Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

* Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

* Basic photography and videography.

* SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

* Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.

* Good communication skills in Telugu and English.

* Basic Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or related field.

* 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (healthcare experience preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Increase patient enquiries from digital channels.

* Monthly growth in social media followers and engagement.

* Number of high-quality reels and posts published.

* Growth in Google Reviews and average rating.

* Increase in website traffic and appointment bookings.

* Improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS).

Salary

* ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
