Job Description

Experience

 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management,

FinTech.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also be

considered.

Educational Qualification

 Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage).

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,

nurturing prospective clients, and managing relationships with existing API partners. The role

requires excellent communication skills, regular follow-ups, and coordination with internal

teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels.

 Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into active business

opportunities.

 Explain the company's products and services to prospective API partners.

 Coordinate with the Operations, KYC, and Technology teams to ensure timely

onboarding of partners.

 Maintain regular communication with existing API partners and provide prompt

support.

 Resolve partner queries and escalate issues to the concerned teams when required.

 Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of documentation.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, partner interactions, and sales activities.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to enhance business growth.


 Achieve assigned lead generation and onboarding targets.

Required Skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

 Good negotiation and convincing skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

 Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of FinTech, API Integrations, Payment Solutions, or Financial Services.

 Experience in B2B sales.
