Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

• Manage Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal and Contra entries

• GST invoicing, GST reconciliation and assistance in GST return filing

• TDS calculation, deduction and return-related work

• Bank reconciliation and daily transaction verification

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

• Follow-up for outstanding payments and receivables

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and MIS reports

• Manage petty cash and expense records

• Coordinate with CA and management for taxation, audit and compliance work

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
