Business Development Executive (BDE)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the real estate field

• Persistent and diplomatic

• Good negotiator

• Excellent networking skills

• Loves travelling, as this job will involve travelling to scout the potential business opportunities

• Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities

• Able to find the real estate within the given specifications

• Negotiate with the landlords on any issues

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords

• Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis

• Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites

• Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility

Mumbai

Salary Range:

Up to 5LPA(Fixed)+3LPA(Variables depending on Closures)
