Shoot Assistant

Job Objective

We are looking for a confident, active, presentable, and camera-friendly female candidate who

can support IWLD’s social media shoots and participate as a side artist in videos whenever

required.

The role includes shoot preparation, dressing support, helping the production team, supporting

Richa Ma’am / students / guests during shoots, and appearing in small side roles for Instagram

reels, YouTube videos, Facebook videos, app content, podcasts, vlogs, advertisements, and

promotional content.

This role is suitable for a female candidate who is comfortable working around camera setups,

social media shoots, retakes, styling requirements, and fast-paced production work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shoot Support

● Assist the production team during shoots for reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, vlogs,

transformation stories, recipe videos, promotional videos, and other social media

content.

● Help in arranging shoot locations, props, chairs, tables, food items, clothes, accessories,

and other required materials.

● Keep the shoot area clean, neat, and camera-ready before recording.

● Help in setting up basic background arrangements as instructed by the content or

production team.

● Support during indoor and outdoor shoots as per daily content requirements.

● Be available for urgent shoot support whenever required by the company.2. Side Artist Participation

● Participate in IWLD social media videos as a side artist whenever required.

● Perform small roles such as student, assistant, customer, friend, viewer, audience

member, team member, helper, or background character.

● Follow the script, expressions, actions, and instructions given by the content producer,

director, or videographer.

● Be comfortable appearing on IWLD social media platforms, including Instagram,

YouTube, Facebook, website, app, advertisements, and promotional videos.

● Maintain natural expressions, confidence, positive body language, and professionalism

during videos.

● Be patient and cooperative during retakes, rehearsals, and repeated shots.

3. Dressing & Styling Support

● Help in arranging clothes, dupattas, accessories, footwear, makeup items, and shoot

outfits.

● Assist Richa Ma’am, students, guests, or team members in getting ready for shoots

whenever required.

● Make sure clothes and outfits are clean, ironed, properly arranged, and ready before

shoots.

● Help maintain the overall look, grooming, cleanliness, and presentation of people

appearing in videos.

● Support in before-after transformation shoots, podcast appearances, student success

story shoots, and campaign videos.

● Keep shoot clothes, props, and accessories organized after the shoot.

4. Content & Production Helping Work

● Support the content team in small preparation tasks before and during shoots.

● Help in bringing required items to the shoot location on time.

● Assist in arranging food plates, diet items, water bottles, books, posters, products, or

props used in videos.

● Help during student transformation shoots, hostel shoots, villa shoots, office shoots, and

guest shoots.

● Support basic housekeeping around the shoot area to maintain a clean camera frame.

● Coordinate with the production team to ensure shoots happen smoothly and without

delay.

5. Social Media & Brand Presentation

● Understand that all videos are created for IWLD’s social media branding, marketing,

education, and promotions.

● Maintain a positive, respectful, and camera-friendly personality during shoots.● Follow IWLD’s brand image, discipline, and presentation standards.

● Avoid casual behaviour, gossip, or unnecessary distractions during shoots.

● Do not post behind-the-scenes content, scripts, shoot plans, or internal footage on

personal social media without company permission.

● Maintain confidentiality of content ideas, scripts, campaign plans, and internal

discussions.

6. Discipline & Professional Behaviour

● Report on time and be ready as per the shoot schedule.

● Follow instructions from the production head, content producer, videographer, or

management.

● Maintain silence and discipline while recording is going on.

● Avoid unnecessary mobile phone usage during shoots.

● Be flexible with work as shoot timings may change based on content requirements.

● Maintain polite and respectful behaviour with Richa Ma’am, Sumeet Sir, students,

guests, team members, and other staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Female candidate required.

● Comfortable facing the camera and participating in social media videos.

● Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.

● Basic acting confidence, expressions, and body language preferred.

● Good communication and understanding in Hindi; Hinglish/English will be an added

advantage.

● Active, hardworking, cooperative, and quick in following instructions.

● Comfortable with retakes, waiting time, and shoot pressure.

● Prior experience in reels, acting, modelling, production support, hospitality, grooming,

styling, or shoot assistance will be preferred but is not compulsory.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or as per shoot requirements

The candidate must be flexible because shoots may sometimes happen early morning, evening,

during events, guest visits, student transformations, outdoor shoots, podcasts, or urgent

campaign requirements.
