ob Title: Marketing Executive – Printing & Packaging

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our Printing, Packaging, and Branding solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering customized printing and packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through field marketing and client visits.

* Promote and sell our range of products, including Carry Bags, T-Shirts, Pamphlets, Leaflets, Brochures, Stickers, Boxes, Packaging Materials, and other branding solutions.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

* Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, artwork approvals, and timely delivery.

* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales and activity reports.

* Follow up on payments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Printing & Packaging industry preferred).

* Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

* Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
