Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Digital Das. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
2. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
4. Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
7. Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
2. 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
5. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
