Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Field Sales
Location: Bangalore (Travel across South India)
About Tulip Hospitality
Tulip Hospitality is a hotel sales, marketing, and management company helping hotels grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B, B2C, and Corporate business for partner hotels.
- Develop relationships with travel agents, corporates, institutions, and other business partners.
- Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other South Indian markets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, corporate sales, or travel/hospitality sales.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across South India.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Salary: Best in industry + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance.
