Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

* Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.

* Generate and assign qualified leads to team members.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings when required.

* Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze team performance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

* 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
