Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Automobile Sales Executive to join our growing dealership network. In this role, you will interact with walk-in customers, explain vehicle features, conduct test drives, and close sales. [1]
Job Details
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
- Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Day Shift)
- Working Days: 6 Days a week (Rotational Weekoff)
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent [1, 2, 3]
Job Locations (Ahmedabad & Outskirts)
Candidates must be willing to work at or travel to any of our branch locations:
- Ahmedabad Urban: Makarba, Prahladnagar, Ambawadi, Dariyapur, Maninagar, Chandlodiya
- Ahmedabad Outskirts / Rural: Bavla, Bareja
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict Filtering)
- Residential Status: Must own a permanent house in Ahmedabad/local area. Candidates living in rented accommodation are not eligible for this profile.
- Driving Licence: Must possess a valid 4-wheeler AND 2-wheeler Driving Licence (Learner licences not accepted).
- Vehicle Ownership: Must own a personal two-wheeler for local commuting and fieldwork.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail sales, field sales, or counter sales (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Languages: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory. [1, 2]
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in showroom customers and handle inbound leads.
- Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance schemes.
- Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives and ensure safety protocols.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate prices, overcome objections, and convert leads into deliveries.
- Documentation: Assist customers with booking paperwork, loan processing, and registration details.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with existing clients to generate referrals. [1]
