Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader for Collections to manage overdue accounts and follow up with customers for pending payments. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to remind them about pending or overdue payments.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment collection.
- Explain payment options, due dates, and penalties if applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the supervisor.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment updates and account status.
