Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and business owners.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up consistently until order closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update CRM/Excel with call details and customer information.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
  • Reach monthly sales target
