Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage large-volume sales opportunities. The primary focus of this role is to secure bulk orders and project-based business by building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, procurement teams, facility management companies, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills and be capable of handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Project SalesI
  • dentify and pursue large-scale project opportunities for flooring and matting products.
  • Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, procurement managers, facility management companies, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Generate inquiries for bulk requirements in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial projects.
  • Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
  • Present suitable product solutions based on project specifications and customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and project pricing.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and project stakeholders.
  • Regularly meet clients to understand upcoming project requirements and business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Sales & Market Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track project pipelines and maintain an updated database of opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently on quotations, negotiations, approvals, and purchase orders.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.


Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily activity reports and project tracking records.
  • Update management on project status, expected closures, and revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery schedules, and order execution.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and account reconciliation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, Construction Materials, Building Products, Interior Products, Flooring Solutions, Furnishing Products, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to interact with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Good understanding of project sales cycles and tender-based business.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM/customer tracking systems.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience dealing with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and corporate procurement teams.
  • Existing network within the construction, interior, or facility management industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
