Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, customers, and company materials to designated locations.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and battery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle, both inside and outside.
- Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, and maintenance activities.
- Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the administration department for scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and pollution certificate renewals.
- Ensure that all required vehicle documents (Registration Certificate, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Under Control Certificate, and Driving License) are valid and available in the vehicle.
- Avoid unauthorized use of the company vehicle and ensure it is parked safely after duty.
