Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2.5+ years of experience to join one of our client in East Andheri, Mumbai.. This role is unique as it blends front-line sales execution with strong analytical and systems management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will manage the primary qualification of incoming leads and oversee select key accounts, while simultaneously leveraging advanced Excel skills, ERP systems, and CRM implementation to optimize our sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Directly manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling/cross- selling opportunities.
- Lead Qualification & First-Line Outreach: Act as the first line of contact for all incoming leads. Conduct initial discovery calls to efficiently filter, qualify, and segment relevant leads from non-relevant ones.
- Sales Report Analysis: Analyse sales performance data, tracking key metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. Convert raw sales data into actionable strategic insights for management.
- CRM Implementation & Management: Take a proactive role in the deployment, structuring, and day-to-day implementation of the company's CRM platform. Ensure data integrity and streamline pipeline workflows.
- ERP Utilization: Extensively use the company's ERP system to manage customer accounts, track sales orders, and ensure seamless cross-functional data flow.
- Database Management: Oversee and maintain large sales databases, ensuring customer and lead information is clean, accurate, and highly organized.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills: Must be excellent at using MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Filtering, Data Validation, and handling complex formulas).
- Data Handling Experience: Demonstrated experience managing, navigating, and cleaning large databases.
- Systems Tech-Savviness: Direct experience or a strong aptitude for implementing/configuring CRM software and working extensively within enterprise ERP systems.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of handling existing clients and retaining business.
- Communication & Evaluation: Sharp verbal communication skills with the ability to assess, pitch, and filter leads quickly during initial conversations.
