Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our newly opened physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating patient leads, building referral networks, and creating partnerships with healthcare and fitness professionals.

Key Responsibilities✅ Generate new patient leads and increase clinic footfall

✅ Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, gyms, fitness centers, sports academies, and corporate organizations

✅ Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships

✅ Promote clinic services, rehabilitation programs, and health packages

✅ Conduct field visits and marketing activities in the local area

✅ Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into appointments

✅ Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities

✅ Maintain records of leads, meetings, and business development activities

✅ Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly growth targets

Required Skills✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Relationship-building and networking abilities

✔ Lead generation and follow-up skills

✔ Negotiation and persuasion skills

✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM)

Preferred Experience✔ 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Healthcare Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Sales, or Corporate Tie-ups

✔ Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, sports, or medical services will be an advantage

Qualification✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements✔ Own two-wheeler preferred for local field visits

✔ Knowledge of Pune market is an advantage
