Job Description-

Chef de Parties supervises the pastry station, managing the production of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Responsible for executing recipes with precision, maintaining quality control, mentoring junior staff, and adhering to strict food safety standards.

Daily Production: Prepare a wide variety of pastry items, including plated desserts, cakes, tarts, chocolates, and bread, according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Quality Control: Inspect all pastry items for visual appeal, taste, texture, and correct portion sizes before they reach the guest

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track food waste, order ingredients, and maintain proper storage condition

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, such as Commis and Demi Chefs.

Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the workstation strictly complies with food safety and sanitation regulations

Candidate Profile -

Certifications: Culinary or Pastry Arts degree

Experience as a pastry chef, baker, or a related role

Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail

Experience in a managerial or leadership role

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary

Experience baking with ingredient limitations, such as gluten-free and sugarless pastries
