Job Description
Job Summary:
A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. They maintain product displays, handle customer inquiries, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
