Job Title: HR Executive


About Us:

We are a diversified Group of Companies and Trusts (NGOs) operating across multiple sectors. We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and people-oriented HR Executive who will support the Human Resources function across the entire group.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various companies and trusts within our group, including:

* Preparing and posting job advertisements on various online hiring platforms and job portals.

* Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for a wide range of job profiles and designations.

* Coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

* Conducting telephonic screening interviews and scheduling in-person interviews.

* Coordinating and facilitating offline/in-person interviews.

* Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees, including:

* Collection and verification of employee documents.

* Conducting background verification and reference checks.

* Preparing and facilitating the signing of offer letters, appointment/employment letters, and other employment-related documents.

* Employee registration in the attendance management system.

* Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

* Attendance management and leave administration.

* Payroll coordination and support.

* Leave encashment processing and other routine HR administrative activities.

* Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.


Employee Support

* Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding routine HR queries.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations across the group.


Customer Enquiry Coordination (During Non-Recruitment Periods)

During periods when recruitment activity is minimal or there are no active hiring requirements, the HR Executive will also assist as the initial point of contact for customer enquiries.


This responsibility primarily involves:

* Politely attending incoming customer enquiries (phone, email, or other communication channels, as applicable).

* Recording enquiry details accurately.

* Forwarding the enquiries to the appropriate department or team for further action.

* No sales or technical support responsibilities are involved; the role is limited to enquiry coordination and communication.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

* Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

* A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.


Communication Skills (Very Important)

As the HR Executive will represent our organisation while interacting with prospective candidates, employees, and various external platforms, excellent spoken and written English is essential.


The ideal candidate should be able to communicate confidently, professionally, and courteously, creating a positive first impression of our organisation.
