Travel Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning travel packages, booking hotels, and providing excellent customer service. They should be able to create customized travel itineraries and assist clients with domestic and international travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sell domestic and international travel packages.
• Research, negotiate, and book hotels, resorts, flights, transfers, and other travel services.
• Prepare customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels and travel suppliers to secure competitive rates.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
• Good knowledge of hotel bookings, rates, and destination management.
• Experience using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
