Overview:
We are currently hiring for the position of Back Office Executive – Insurance Process. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable career in banking operations and financial services (BFSI domain). The role involves reviewing and processing insurance claims, verifying medical information, and approving claims as per policy guidelines.
Work Schedule:
● 9 hours per day (Rotational Shifts)
● 6 days a week (Rotational Week-off Policy)
● Rotational Night shifts available for Male candidates only (night shift allowance benefits)
Roles & Responsibilities
● Review and evaluate health insurance claims submitted by policyholders or hospitals
● Verify medical documents, reports, and treatment details for accuracy and completeness
● Assess claims as per policy terms and conditions
● Approve or reject claims based on eligibility and documentation
● Coordinate with hospitals, clients, and internal teams for claim-related queries
● Maintain accurate records of processed claims
● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria:
● Candidates who have completed Graduation Bachelor’s degree in Pure Science (B.Sc – Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, etc.)
● Passing year should be 2021 to 2026
● Typing Speed in between 20-24wpm
● Basic computer knowledge
