Position: HR Cum Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Cum Accountant to manage daily HR operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling employee records, payroll, recruitment, attendance, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Process monthly payroll and salary records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement and resolve basic HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Accounts

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Handle invoices, billing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other financial records (basic knowledge preferred).
• Generate financial reports and assist in monthly account closing.
• Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance and audits.
