Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive who can handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally
