Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise installation of spiral staircases at customer sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Quality Control

• Verify measurements before installation.
• Ensure proper alignment, welding, fitting, and finishing of staircases.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects promptly.
• Maintain installation quality standards.

Safety Management

• Enforce safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Conduct site safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Report and investigate site incidents.

Team Management

• Allocate tasks to technicians and helpers.
• Monitor attendance and performance of site workers.
• Train workers on installation procedures and safety practices.
• Resolve site-level operational issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily site progress reports.
• Record material usage and manpower deployment.
• Report project status to management.
• Maintain installation and inspection records.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Technical Qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in staircase fabrication, steel structures, or construction site supervision.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of fabrication, welding, and installation processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
