Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing loan application files.
  • Logging in and submitting loan files to the respective institutions.
  • Following up on pending cases and documentation.
  • Coordinating with customers regarding loan requirements and updates.
  • Ensuring timely completion of the loan process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.


Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
  • Prior experience in loan processing will be preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
