Growth Consultant

Role: Growth Consultant 

Role Charter:  

We are looking for enthusiastic folks to join us as Growth Consultant. You will be primarily responsible to own and drive revenue growth of 25+ first-time online brands. 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our sellers, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent communication. 

● Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance updates. 

● Profitability & Growth Oversight: Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability. 

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Ops, Tech and Support teams to execute strategies that enhance brand presence and customer engagement. 

Experience & Background:

● Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) 

● Good analytical skills (English & Hindi) 

● B Tech/BBA (Preferred) 

Location: Bangalore (In-Office) , 6d working

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years of full time experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Customer Success in B2B SaaS companies.
