Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile marketplace, bank, and ledger accounts.
  • Prepare P&L reports and analyze profitability.
  • Monitor inventory, stock-outs, and stock discrepancies; proactively update management.
  • Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other marketplace settlements.
  • Verify commissions, returns, refunds, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and MIS reports.
  • Ensure GST compliance and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory accuracy.
  • Identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (e-commerce preferred).
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Candidates without marketplace experience must be willing to learn.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
  • Good analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
