About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development & Corporate Communications professional who can contribute towards client acquisition, corporate tie-ups, revenue generation, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, lead generation, networking, and building long-term corporate relationships. The role requires a target-oriented individual capable of identifying business opportunities and expanding the organisation’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

2. Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.

3. Generate new leads, identify key decision-makers, and contact them to bring more business into the organization.

4. Actively contribute towards client acquisition, corporate partnerships, revenue generation, and expansion of the organization’s business network and market presence.

5. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients to improve and grow the business.

6. Carry out necessary planning and coordination to implement operational improvements and support business development activities.

7. Keep up with the latest industry developments, market trends, and competitor positioning.

8. Attend seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events where appropriate.

9. Liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, client acquisition, or corporate communications.

• Proven experience in generating corporate clients, partnerships, and revenue growth.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Experience in e-waste management, recycling industry, sustainability sector, or related industries preferred.
