Digital Marketing Manager

Job SummaryBellway Realtech is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales objectives for our real estate projects including villas, farmhouses, plots, and land investments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects and ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
• Manage company websites, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with sales and telecalling teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Handle SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
• Create and oversee creative content, advertisements, videos, banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
• Ensure proper CRM integration and lead tracking mechanisms.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Expertise in lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
