Job Description

  1. Manage and coordinate application filing while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  2. Handle vendor management activities, including vendor onboarding, follow-ups, and maintaining vendor databases.
  3. Prepare MIS reports, presentations, executive summaries, and other business documents.
  4. Manage customer escalations by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and documentation standards.
  6. Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, leadership visits, employee engagement activities, and business conferences.
  7. Coordinate with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely official project handovers, maintaining proper documentation and communication between stakeholders.
  8. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  9. Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action items until closure.
  10. Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations.
  11. Maintain confidential documents and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
  12. Provide administrative and operational support to senior management as required.
