Job Description
Handle complete cargo operations from booking to final delivery.
Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings and documentation.
Arrange vehicles for pickup and last-mile delivery.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Coordinate with airlines, transporters, and delivery partners for timely movement of cargo.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including E-Way Bills, invoices, and delivery documents.
Ensure compliance with transportation and statutory regulations.
Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and customer queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, dispatches, deliveries, and shipment status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Prepare daily operational and shipment reports for management.
