We are hiring for Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager
Product - Loan Against Property Sales and Home Loan ( LAP is mandatory), Micro and Affordable.
Interview mode : F2F
Interview Location Branch wise : Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Panipat and Bahadurgarh.
Timing: 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM
Dress Code: Formals Dress
Responsibilities
1) New Client acquisition for Loan product.
2) Market visit to find out the interested client for Loan.
3) Regular follow-ups with clients, generate references for new business needs.
4) Generate leads of clients through Dealers, consultants, market visits, direct clients meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.
5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly targets defined by the Bank.
7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.
8) Follow the norms, regulations & practices of banks religiously.
Fix Salary: 4 LPA to 8 LPA+ Huge Incentives.
Eligibility:
1. Any Graduate and Post Graduate.
2. Experience 2 years to 6 Years Loan Against Property Sales and Home Loan ( LAP is mandatory), Micro and Affordable.
3. Age: 20-40 years.
4. Must have flair in sales & marketing.
5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.
6. Should be smart, confident and possess a decent personality.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
