HR Recruiter

• Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/Excel and update recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment portals.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, or similar job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of candidates sourced daily.
• Interviews scheduled and attended.
• Offer-to-join conversion ratio.
• Monthly joining targets achieved.
• Candidate turnaround time.
• Database accuracy and ATS updates.
• Candidate satisfaction and follow-up quality.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Work From Office
