Real Estate Field Executive

Full Job Description

We are hiring a Real Estate Field Executive for property and land-related field work. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations, doing market surveys, and finding out which properties are available for sale or rent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations and do a proper property survey

• Find properties available for sale and rent in that area

• Speak with property owners, landlords, guards, brokers, and local people

• Collect details like property size, demand price, rent, owner contact, and availability

• Check the location, surroundings, approach road, and nearby landmarks

• Take photos and videos of the property, if allowed

• Share daily updates with the office team

• Maintain a clear record of all properties visited and leads collected

• Coordinate for site visits whenever required

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate or property field work preferred

• Freshers can also apply

• Basic knowledge of property locations and market rates

• Comfortable with outdoor field work and daily travel

• Good communication skills

• Should be confident in speaking with owners and local contacts

• Own vehicle preferred with a valid driving license

• Must be punctual, active, and responsible

We are looking for someone who can work on the field, visit different areas, collect genuine property leads, and report clearly. The candidate should be hardworking, street-smart, and comfortable with regular location surveys.
