Accounts Executive (Male)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, good analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

### Position Details

* **Job Title:** Accounts Executive

* **Gender:** Male

* **Experience:** Minimum 6 Months (Relevant Accounting Experience)

* **Age:** 18–28 Years

* **Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

* **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

* **Working Hours:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.

* Record and manage Purchase & Sales entries.

* Prepare and maintain GST-related working.

* Pass TDS accounting entries accurately.

* Perform Ledger Reconciliation.

* Carry out Bank Reconciliation.

* Generate and maintain E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.

* Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.

* Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.

* Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and documentation requirements.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

The candidate must have working knowledge of:

* ✔ BUSY Accounting Software

* ✔ Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)

* ✔ GST Return Working

* ✔ TDS Accounting Entries

* ✔ Ledger Reconciliation

* ✔ Bank Reconciliation

* ✔ Purchase & Sales Accounting

* ✔ Basic E-Way Bill & E-Invoice Process

### Candidate Profile

* Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in an Accounts role.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

* Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy.

* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
