Job Title: Graphic Designer InternCompany: Extensile Media


Location: Hadapsar, Pune (On-Site)

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: Monthly + Performance Incentives + Certificate + PPO Opportunity


About Extensile Media: Extensile Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and SEO. We are looking for creative and passionate Graphic Designer Interns who are eager to learn, build their portfolio, and work on real client projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
  • Create Instagram posts, carousel designs, stories, and reels thumbnails.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and standees.
  • Assist in creating branding assets such as logos, business cards, and company profiles.
  • Edit images and create basic video creatives for social media.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams.
  • Ensure designs align with client branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI design tools.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or any relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools for design is an added advantage.
  • Skills PreferredAdobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Express
  • Basic Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (Preferred)
  • What You'll GetHands-on experience with real clients.
  • Mentorship from experienced designers and marketers.
