The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and guiding buyers through one of the most important investments of their lives. You will leverage our two-and-a-half decades of market reputation to convert leads into satisfied homeowners and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage prospective buyers, fostering long-term relationships through professional, personalized service.
• Property Showcasing: Conduct high-impact, guided property tours and site visits, effectively articulating our project’s value proposition and unique design features.
• Strategic Negotiation: Facilitate seamless negotiations between buyers and our management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Transaction Management: Assist clients through the end-to-end sales lifecycle, ensuring all legal documentation, paperwork, and booking processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property valuation fluctuations to provide expert guidance to clients.
